Meet Coach Meg
Born and raised in Chattanooga, Meg Whitley is a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, training under the Rickson Gracie lineage. She’s a dedicated wife, mom of two, and a healthcare professional who brings real-life compassion, grit, and experience to the mats.
Meg has a passion for teaching women’s self-defense and anti-bullying strategies to young girls. She’s also an avid runner, a yogi, and someone who understands the balance of strength, grace, and fierce protection. Her classes are inclusive, encouraging, and always full of energy.
